Home, Again.

Long before six33 Howes, 629 South Howes Street was already a place where people lived, gathered, and found community.

Originally built as a private residence, the property later became Westminster House, a welcoming home away from home for local students. It eventually served as United Campus Ministry and later the Geller Center for Spiritual Development, hosting shared meals, conversations, nonprofit programs, and community gatherings.

Although its uses changed over time, its purpose remained remarkably consistent: creating a place where people could feel supported, connected, and at home.

Today, the property is beginning a new chapter as six33 Howes - a modern residential community designed for students. Our goal is to honor the people and organizations that shaped the site while creating a thoughtful home for the next generation.

That history inspired the phrase “Home, Again.”

The property began as a home, became a home away from home, and will now welcome residents once more.
